Standard Shipping Policy
Orders with UPS shipping selected will usually be shipped one business day after receipt. UPS delivers to most US locations within 1-5 business days depending on proximity to our Chicago warehouse. When your package is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. The shipping options DO NOT INCLUDE Saturday delivery. This is a significant additional expense through UPS. A Next Day Air order placed on Thursday will be shipped on Friday and will arrive at the destination on Monday, the following business day.
Any order in excess of $35 and shipped anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States is eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping. These orders will be shipped within three business days after receipt and will arrive at their destination within 5-7 business days after the order is placed.
If you need your order sooner, would like to purchase less than $35, or would like to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, we offer the full range of UPS shipping services from standard ground to Next Day Air with rates calculated automatically based on weight and distance.
Because we ship UPS, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

*NOTE: Shipping guarantees are based on UPS's delivery timeline guarantees. We cannot control UPS or inclement weather which may affect flights or deliveries. We do insure all shipments but UPS will only reimburse the cost of shipping for late deliveries. We will always do everything in our power to make sure your package is delivered on time but our liability for late deliveries is also limited to the cost of shipping.
